COMMUNITY HEALTH ASSESSMENT

‚Äč The purpose of the community health assessment is:

  • To examine health status indicators through quantitative and qualitative data collection methods

  • To provide an understanding of health in the community

  • To guide and develop the community health improvement plan by justifying how and where resources should be allocated to best meet community needs
